Michael has completed 6 marathons and one day hopes to run all 6 majors (2 down, 4 to go!). He has also completed a Half Ironman with a full one in the pipeline! He is interested in improving speed in the older runner (working smarter, not harder), and the psychology involved in training and racing (ignoring the ‘central governor’).

Dislikes: Taking it too seriously
Sam has completed all distances from 5K to Marathon, she started running in 2013 when she discovered parkrun.
She also has great knowledge on running shoes (and gait analysis), so if you ever want any advice just ask – she won’t mind.
