Try a Running Improvement block of Sessions held by Victoria, Coach for Bramhall Runners.
Aimed at all runners, runners who want to improve, get faster, run further. Sessions are in blocks of 6 with a group of around 8 runners.
Tuesday evenings from Pownall Green School 7-8 pm.
We relay our experience, expertise and passion for running to help you get the most out of the sport you love.
We run these sessions for any type of runner, someone who maybe wants to start running on a walk/run programme, someone who’s been running a while but wants to inject some speed or intermediate runners needing motivation to follow to get that PB!
We are friendly, approachable and want to help all runners out there.
