Julie has competed in 5ks, 10ks, half marathons, 2 marathons, sprint and olympic distance triathlons plus can do a 4 minute plank, 2 minute side plank and 2 minute headstand. Enjoys learning about how to encourage athletes to progress in their running, get stronger and avoid injury.
