10 wide push-ups
15 dorsal raise
30secs side plank ( L&R)

Abs:
30 crunch
10 full sit-ups
15 ‘V’ sit-ups
10 Russian twists
30 slow leg bike

Glutes:
30x clam
30x bridge
40x squats
